I live in Egypt and will be moving to Turkey in two months. Unfortunately, neither country has kindle supported in their markets and books are simply unavailable there. Is there a way around this? I downloaded a kindle android app, but it tell me that there are no books available in my country.

nope, availability is based on where you have a credit card registered to on Amazon (country of origin)..
Just pick a random american address for your account. use an unused debit account for that account. It would work normally but you couldn't buy actually books from it except for free books. I advise AGAINST using your own local addressed credit card if you dont want amazon to block your account. You can still buy books this way but not from a credit/debit card but from gift cards and/or kindle book gifts. Works with kindle apps like android and PC.
Tarek, actually I do not understand your problem, however you can convert ebook formats to those suitable for kindle (mobi) using the Calibre program (http://calibre-ebook.com/
