Need help adding book to Giveaways!

I really could use help -- I added my book more than a week ago, have the 2 ISBNs, but continue receiving an error message -- need a title number ? what? -- to add book for Giveaway program.

I've been trying to get help on this for a week - no response yet ... anyone? Phone call, live person contact?

Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or anything related to them, but have no control over giveaways. Sounds like you'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page.

Is this the book you want to set the giveaway for?
If so, what is the exact error message?
Have you applied for giveaway? (You have to be approved)

Also bare in mind Librarians are not staff and all we could do is give tips from the help topics, but we will try.

Did you list the book from this link? It has to be reviewd and approved from the staff, It can take up to two working days (and now is weekend) or more: http://www.goodreads.com/giveaway/new

Also you cannot list ebooks for giveaway.
When listing a book you should put the publishing date for the current year,

Yes, you can list a giveaway for a certain title as many times as you like, as long as the giveaway dates don't overlap. One must end before the next starts.

Which books can I offer through the giveaway program?
4) The book already has a page on Goodreads that includes its ISBN.

I tried to list my book (which has been on Goodreads for at least a week) on that Giveaways link. The exact error message is:

1 error prohibited this record from being saved:
Book isbn (0615708722 9780615708720) doesn't match any books in our database.

(The field prompting me to enter the ISBN #s also asks for a book ID? so I entered 2 of 3 -- not sure what it means?

Could the problem b that perhaps I mistyped an ISBN when I originally added my book for OK on Goodreads?

I just checked the ISBN numbers and they are correct.
I'm reading in another topic that entering ONE isbn is enough.
Yes, I see the field is one so if you enter both ISBN it accepts them as ONE big number. Just use ONE isbn (doesn't matter which one), but NOT both. Book ID is for books without ISBN I assume and it is found in the book URL. You don't need it.

Please try again and let us know. Also set the giveaway date in few days time, because it will take time for the approval,

I'm new to this site and there doesn't seem to be a lot of information available on the Giveaway program. If I want to give away five books, do I need to own those books first, or will Goodreads buy them from the publisher or one of the other stores that sells them?
