POLL IS OVER!!!!!!!!!!!
Fiona wrote: "Laura, I read The Messenger (which you know lol)."I know, you were one of my first successful bookpushes!
Becky - lol!
Laura, I saw that the three of us voted for the same book. I already read I am the Messenger (and loved it!)and I've been dying to read The Graveyard Book and I don't want to read it "alone".
Would you like me to put up a poll? That way we can cast a vote with the click of a button, and voila! it's tallied!
I am so lookin forward to read The Graveyard. Been wanting to read it for a whiel.Excuse me miss TWEETY, who do you think your poking your tongue at :P back at u.
Kandice, I am a better tongue poker than her (((((((((((((((:PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP)))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Fiona wrote: "It's in the polls already Alethea. This lot are just bickering, ignore them. :P"Ah! Ok! I voted. Wow, did you guys read "Group Rules"? ^_^ Pretty sure tongue poking is outlawed, if not highly discouraged. (under breath: Grown-ups!)
Fiona allows tongue poking as long as no one is offended. that ^Fiona doesn't care so it's okay! LMAO
Umm.... I think it should be made a rule that whoever does not already own the winning book must purchase it. *looks for ways to avoid feeling guilty about breaking my own book ban*
Fiona wrote: "Psh, your book ban's biting the dust Becky. You are already guilty."Yes yes, but I don't have to FEEL that way. If you'd just make it a rule... *looks hopeful*
Now I'm nervous. What if it really wins and everyone hates it? But it is a really great book. But so are the others I've read from this list.
Don't worry JG... I haven't read a lot of Gaiman's books, but the ones I have read I've loved. I doubt you'll get much hissing and booing if your nom wins. :)
I haven't read any, but I loved the Stardust movie and have been wanting to read something of his ever since. It's not like you WROTE it J.G. just suggested it:)
Lisa wrote: "if he wins I have an excuse to go buy the book...LOL I've been wanting to read it for sometime."Yes! It's even a rule!*
*Well, not an "Official" rule, but we can't be feeling guilty about the amount of book purchases we're
whatever the mod votes for should automatically be the winner in the case of a tie.And gosh Fiona, didn't you vote for Anne?
er...so I suppose Laura voted for Graveyard?
well....Anne comes first alphebetically! Duh, it wins :D
yeah, its easy for me to say since I've already read Anne 100 times...but I think we should read both :D
I voted for Graveyard because I read Anne on January 1 of this year. So, too soon for a re-read. Plus, I love Gaiman.
