I'm now onto an ebook version, so the page numbers don't correspond for me. And of course chapter titles don't help, as most of the book takes place in YDAU. So can someone give me an endnote number? TIA.

Actually, I believe endnote 48 should be the last one before page 135.

Just found this scene/chapter guide, which helps a lot. It doesn't give endnote numbers, but the short synopses are good. (Just be careful to not read too far down the list if you want to avoid spoilers.)
