I just finished Reason to Breathe and went to order this book. It appears to be out already, based on the number of reviews here, so why do I have to "pre order" this book instead of just purchasing it? I have it on the kindle.

Hmm, they must be re-releasing an updated version because it says the release date is June 18th.. That is odd because I've read it.
Thats the only thing that makes sense. Guess i will have to wait :( its only a week but still!
