PLEASE, PLEASE., Read this The Daughters of the Dove.

The premise is that, this story presented here is mostly from the diaries provided by the women & girls of ‘The Daughters of the Dove.’ These women tell their accounts, while in the midst of horrific human tragedies and sorrows, that transpired eventually on a global scale leading up to and during the years of the Great Tribulation, (End Times).
The Diaries accounts are combined herein and are told by a young woman, who learned how to live, love and hold on through fast changing times. It also tells of her relationship with a special young man, an amazing little girl and the beginnings of --‘The Daughters of the Dove’ Sisterhood.

I have read a lot of books by Oates and really like most of them. I like the Wonderland Quartet, especially Them. I also liked We Were the Mulvaneys, Blonde, and the Falls. She has written a LOT, so just try some out.

message 5234: by Carol (new)

Carol (xenots) | 45 comments I am reading Hilter's Furies - German women in the Nazi Killing Field. I saw a youtube video discussion on this topic and started reading this book. We always hear about what the men did but nothing about their wives, girl friends, sisters. etc. It's not morbid or gross. Just talks about the female side of the war.

Hey Everyone.

I am currently reading “ The 5 AM Club “ by Robin Sharma.
The narrative keeps me on my toes as I really wanted to know a morning routine that makes my day productive.
Like Robin Sharma’s other books, this one too has few fictional characters knitted so well to the plot and the beautiful secret of the success mantra is delivered through them.

It is not like any other self help books where the pages are printed with boring rules to follow.

One of the must read in my opinion!!!
