I have two children, ages 11 and 13. I work in an ortho clinic during the day, and by night I'm a writer!
I love to read, mostly historical romance novels or books about being a more godly wife/mom.

Welcome Corine! I just joined as well. Nice to meet you!
Hi ladies. It is nice to meet you all. I'm glad to have each of you as a part of our group. You each said that you love to read, which means that you will be a great fit for our group. Feel free to jump in and join any conversations. If you have any questions, send me a message. :)

How to introduce myself... Well, i just turned 26, i am a wife to my childhood sweetheart and best friend(we met at church camp when we were 11! Lol), a stay at home mommy to two adorable little men (ages 4&2), a complete "book worm" (always have been!), and I love to write as well! I guess I just love a good story! I am learning to fall in love with the story God has written for me, as he has carried my family through some very rough times these past few years... hospitalized pregnancies, Seizures and then an autism diagnosis for my oldest son, my husbands unexpected diagnosis of late stage cancer, and then just a few weeks ago I was diagnosed with mono... Through it all, God has been so good and has really re-ignited my passion for His word and uplifting stories of faith! I'm so excited to be in a group with sisters in Christ that share the same passion for words and what they can inspire in all our walks through faith! Thanks for having me! :)
Nice to meet you. With all that you've been through, I'm sure that you have a testimony that will encourage someone. In glad you decided to join our group. I look forward to having some great discussions with you.

I'm Jennifer, 27, SAHM to my little 3 year old girl and former Librarian. I've been married to my husband for 6 years and we're all located in ON, Canada. :)
I look forward to getting to know you all, and reading along!
Love,
~ Jen

I am interested in fiction of most kinds and non-fiction (specifically marriage, parenting, homemaking, finances, etc.).

I am a mom of 2 boys; 4 years old and a 8 month old (at the moment). And I am very blessed to get to stay home with them. I've been married for 8 and 1/2 years. And we just recently moved to MO from CA. It's been a little lonely getting used to being so far away from family, but Im looking into getting involved in my church and meeting people here.
I've always enjoyed reading... mainly fiction, but I have been trying to read things that will help me be a better mom.

My name is Kiah and I am an Aussie mum to three girls (I also have three sisters so I've always been surrounded by girls - my poor husband!)
They are 10, 8, and 4 years old.
I've been a member for a while but haven't actually posted, I'm looking forward to getting to know some other Christian mums.
My dad is a pastor.
Francine Rivers is my favourite Christian author.
I am a new author and have actually just published my first novel - Anchor of Hope.
It is a 72,000 word modern Christian Romance.
It is currently FREE (for 5 days only) on Amazon.

Thanks so much Jen, I'm glad you liked it.
Book 2 is currently in the process of being edited, so hopefully will be published soon.
Have a great day :)

It is great to meet all of you. I am also excited to see you connecting to one another. I look forward to having great discussions with you in the group.

My name is Annie Fogel. Ihave been married for 21 years and we have 4 kids - 16, 14, 12, and 9, 2 boys and 2 girls. We live in NY and I have just published my first children's book - Journey to Faith - Through the Eyes of the Wise Men.
Rediscover the beauty, majesty, wonder and awe of Christmas from the perspective of the Wise Men. Readers will walk in their shoes to see what they saw, feel what they felt, hear what they heard and experience the encounter that changed their lives forever. They are also "dared" to believe, place their hope and trust in the living God, and to become like the Wise Men, seekers of truth.
This story is sure to bring the family together this Holy Night and ignite deep and thought provoking conversations. It is also a great tool for sharing the gospel in a nonthreatening way with friends and family, as God's love and his desire for relationship, not religion, permeates from every page.
I hope you will enter the giveaway I have sponsored for your chance to win a free copy.
Blessings,
Annie

I cringe at the title of this book, but Respectable Sins: Confronting the Sins We Tolerate is an amazing read if you're looking to grow your relationship with Christ. I read it last summer and will do so again this summer. I appreciate its convictions.
More about me . . . I like cats, and we have two golden retrievers to help make our two cats' lives interesting. My school year is coming to a close.
Big struggle here: I'm technologically challenged (my thorn in my side), but, by His grace, I'm teachable and am willing to take the time time to read & learn about how to do things like build a website, or be social on facebook. I'm so bad, I had to buy a book to figure out how to use facebook, and I'm still not to great at it. Just yesterday, I got a kindle, and I'm still trying to figure it out. (I'm getting better at all of this, you'll see as we get to know each other.)
As far as my writing goes, well, Starving Hearts

It's good to be here on goodreads. Although I'm fairly new at using it, I'm figuring it out. Looking forward to getting to know you.
Blessings,
Janine

Sally you have to keep up with reading! Reading is what makes a writer improve. Also it gives great ideas. I also write and am working on publishing my book. What do you write?

Can't wait to get to know everyone!
