Maggie Have had a bit of a mammoth read up over the last week, due to spending a few days feeling unwell. Caught up on a few books, some better than others.

Am about to start a Stephen King novel - haven't read anything by him for a few decades. It may or may not be a good idea. Just waiting for Spring to start (and September too - want to clear more TBR's).

Which King novel are you going to read? I love him.

2 fabulous books Janine IMO!!! I thoroughly enjoyed Beyond Fear, and the fact that it was based around the area I live made it even better, with the author also from here! And Before I Go to Sleep was awesome!!! Enjoy!! And I do hope you get better soon:)

★ Jess | 3071 comments Neil Gaiman is fantastic, end of story.
I would say 'Neverwhere' is my favorite, but in all honesty, all of his works are so different-yet all magnificent.
I just finished re-reading his young-adult book, The Graveyard Book, which I gave 4 stars.

Now I am starting The Power of Six, which is the sequel to 'I am Number Four'

message 2432: by [deleted user] (new)

I thought Crank was absolutely amazing. The story behind it all is so tragic but it pulls you in because of that exact reason. I started it on Friday, finished that and Glass(the sequel to crank) on Saturday, then I started her book Identical Saturday night and finished it about an hour ago. Identical is a major trip though.

Now I am going to start reading Tweak by Nic Sheff
Tweak Growing Up On Methamphetamines by Nic Sheff
Then his sequel to it We All Fall Down Living with Addiction by Nic Sheff

Welcome Kim. I belong to a few Goodreads groups and this is by the far the most fun and informative. Be warned - expect your TBR list to grow and grow! Join in the challenges if you have time - they are fun and no one minds if you don't complete them - just making the list is fun in itself.

I see you're an author of a book I have reserved at my local library. How fantastic is that!
