Fantastic review Dhitri!

Life of Pi by Yann Martel
In the Winter Dark by Tim Winton
The Regulators by Stephan King
The Tales of Beedle the Bard by JK Rowling
Coraline by Neil Gaiman
and finally, A Cafe in Venice by Dorian Mode
Has anyone read ANY of the above? Im honestly stuck with no idea or preference. Those books are as different as can be.

Sorry Jess, I haven't read any of them...but have Life of Pi on my TBR list (own it)...I'm sure The Regulators would be good, being Stephen King...but Neil Gaiman is extremely popular at the moment!!! Big decision :)

I've read it Iris! I thoroughly enjoyed it...I read it at the end of last year, and remember finding it hard to put down. A great thriller, with lots of twists. Hope you enjoy it:)

Melina Marchetta's Saving Francesca, On the Jellicoe Road, Looking for Alibrandi. I've only listened to the first one, but she is Carmel's favourite YA author, and highly recommends her to everyone.

Ooooh, I really liked this one. I proudly have almost all of Stephen King's books and think this one is one of the better ones.

I would also recommend the books by Melina Marchetta, I loved them all. I would also recomment the three books of "The Hunger Games", I have enjoyed them too.

I love the Sookie series, but I liked the earlier books better than the later ones.

It's next on my list - I read have read it earlier but was on holidays and my brother swiped it - wasn't his sup of tea, but I bought it for me not him!! I loved the first 2 pages which I heard the author read at SWF. I'm looking forward to it!!

Carmel, thanks! You're the best!!! I will let my friend know.

Currently reading File No. 113. Quite good so far, only 2 chapters in:D

The first one of Matthew Reilly's I read was Scarecrow..I really enjoyed it, so kept reading the others until I came to Seven Ancient Wonders...that one slowed me down somewhat, in that I have The 6 Sacred Stones and haven't read it yet.....I'll get to it one day, but those two were soooo different from the first few!!

Melanie, is King Arthur: Warrior of the West as good as the first book in this series? Havent read any yet but am seriously contemplating moving it up the TBR mountain.

Thought I'd start Before I Go to Sleep next, or maybe Divergent, or maybe one from my pile of book challenges books. Can you tell I'm unsure??
Have been concentrating on finishing my final assignment for the course I've just completed, so once that is out of the way (and it must be getting close) I'll be able to read to my heart's content. Love that feeling when you know you are about to have time to read without being nagged by all the 'actually really have to do's, cant put off any longer, assignment is due in a few days time' thoughts.
I actually have a pile next to my bed of books to read, which grows and changes each day depending on my mood. Just want to read! Anyway, off now to finish the dreaded assignment.

I loved the first one, the second one is good I'm not quite into yet to tell if it will be just as amazing...my heads not in the concentrating reading area at the moment haha. But it has the same feeling as the first one so I think Im really going to like it
