I know Amazon's stance is that reviews posted on Amazon can't be quoted on Author homepages, but does anyone know what is considered acceptable on GoodReads? Should you ask the author of the review, or is it OK to just use them?

I don't think there's anything against using them - though I might very well be wrong - but I'd assume at the very least it would be considered "good form" to ask the person first. But that's just a gut reaction, not necessarily anything carved in stone somewhere. I could very well be wrong. :/
