Not sure where to put this- drawing a line

In the seasonal book challenge section some people have lines drawn threw there books that they have read. I'm sure there is an easy way to do this, but for the life of me I am having a lapse in brain power. Thanks in advance!

Click on the (some html is ok) in gold at the upper right corner of the posting box. It gives instructions for Bolding, italicizing, striking out, etc. It took me a LONG time to understand, so don't worry!
