We're almost halfway through the year. How would you describe your reading experiences? Are you reading what you thought you would or are you being sidetracked (pleasantly or unpleasantly)?

I'm reading what I expected to read so far. I have also been enjoying what I have read so far. According to goodreads I'm 9 books behind schedule but at least I've enjoyed being late. ;0)

Since I never have a plan for what I read or how much I should read I am right on schedule. My Yorkshire Terrier, Stewart Little, and I volunteer at the library so I am always there. They have several kiosks for new books and best picks and I check them out if it sounds good, I have a recommendation, or best of all it is one of my favorite authors I get them. I usually check out between 4-9 books a week.
