Michelle (michelleabbott) | 71 comments I'm looking for indie authors who would like to be interviewed on my website. I can interview you or a character from your book & if you'd like to do a giveaway with the interview just let me know. The author interview questions can be found here: http://www.michelleabbott.com/intervi...
Alternatively just email me at michelleabbott@michelleabbott.com

You can see my recent interview + ebook giveaway with Jishu, a character from 'Melancholic Delight' by Tista Ray here:

Justin (justinbienvenue) | 785 comments Hey Michelle,
I did a character interview with Tista as well. Wasn't it fun? It was different and enjoyable. Shes posting mine soon.

So is that why you've decided to try your own approach at it? I considered it. I do have another character I would mind interviewing, I decided between two for Tista. I'd be interested.

Michelle (michelleabbott) | 71 comments Hi Justin, yes it was fun, I could play at being my character & it gave me the idea the have them on my own website.

I'd love to interview your character. You can message me here at goodreads or email me. I have a few character interviews to go up, so if you do decide to go ahead it wouldn't go up until July.

message 4: by Richard (new)

Richard Stephens (richardstephens) | 7 comments Hey Michelle,
A couple of months back I did a blog interview that included my narrator, alter-ego(and I stress the word EGO) and co-writer, Salty Tails. It was fun and would love to do another. I would be willing to do a book giveaway as well.

Yawatta Hosby (agathachristiefan) Hi Michelle,
If you're still interested in interviewing indie authors, I'm interested. I can answer your questions and email it to you by the end of the week if that would be okay.

message 7: by Jennifer (new)

Jennifer Priester (jenniferpriester) | 9 comments Are there any rules as to what kinds of characters you will interview, and is the link for your author interview also the same link and interview for characters or is it different? I would be interested in doing 1 or both types of interviews depending on the questions and what is required. I may have trouble finding this thread again later so would you mind messaging me your answers either here on Goodreads or at comboj2@yahoo.com
I am in multiple groups so this would be very helpful, thanks.

message 8: by Michelle (new)

Michelle (michelleabbott) | 71 comments Hi Yawatta,

Georgiana Derwent (georgianaderwent) | 16 comments Hi Michelle, the interviews so far look great. I'd love to do this if you're still looking for authors. I think it'd be quite fun to do a character interview. I'd be happy to send you an e-book and have you put together some questions for the character of your choice.

You can find more info on me and my books at www.georgianaderwent.com to see if they are the sort of thing you'd be interested in. Or the link to my first book, Oxford Blood, is here: Oxford Blood (The Cavaliers, #1) by Georgiana Derwent

Michelle (michelleabbott) | 71 comments Apologies to everyone who has asked me to read their book for a character interview. I'm a little behind but I will get to you. The first will be next week with Amanada Lyon's characters Katja & Raven.

Right now I'm putting up authors who have devised their own questions. Here is Alexandria from Love on the Back Burner by Barbara Oliverio http://www.michelleabbott.com/alexand...

message 21: by Agy (new)

Agy Wilson (agyw) | 1 comments Michelle, my characters are nonfiction based (current work-in-progress was a friend of mine who had been friends with Duke Ellington). If you do regular interviews with authors/illustrators, I'd love to be considered. I've had both traditional and indie experience. You can see my work at www.agywilson.com and the only current self published project is Nana's Gift (a picture book) and a short story, (Room Wars). Coming another picture book, Duke Day for Annie and a mid grade reader, Sara LeClere.

T.W. Brown (authortwbrown) | 7 comments Michelle, just curious if you are still taking on interviews. I write zombie fiction. I would be up for an interview with me, but if you grab book 1 of my DEAD series (Dead: The Ugly Beginning) which is free on Amazon and find a character that you are interested in delving into, I will gladly go that route as well.

Have a great day.

Todd

Hey-o
I'll be interested and going a character review, and and author interview(if I can do both) I have a very large spectrum of characters from my mythological dystopian book the Maze Games, also mythological in the sense of Greek Mythology. I am currently writing the sequel, and I'd like to have built an audience by then. I'll fill out the questions/email you when my interweb is all good again (I sent this from my phone :/) hopefully you'd like to do and interview.
Cheers, have a great day!

message 45: by [deleted user] (new)

I do not know whether you would be interested in the author of an autobiography. The book takes in some experiences of my grandparents and a little of my mother's life. However, the majority is dedicated to my own life and the varied ( a bit of an understatement)experiences and circumstances I encountered. Please let me know if you would be interested in interviewing me. As this is an autobiography the 'characters' are of course all real. However, if you prefer to concentrate on one of them I am sure we would be able to do that. The book is entitled 'What a Life! An Autobiography'. You will find more information on my blog at: http://www.tanyarobinson100.blogspot.com I have .mobi; .PDF and .html versions if you are interested.
