PUZZLE #42: - Twelve piece Slider puzzle is here. (July 2013 Adult Paranormal/Urban Fantasy/SciFi/Fantasy Book of the Month When She Woke) - Okay to post in thread. Please take a screen print and show the "Very good, you win." box. Please do NOT just post the bookcover.

Unfortunately, Catherine, from your posts we cannot tell if you are just opening the book cover in another window (copying and pasting the url), or if you have actually solved the puzzle.
Sorry for the delay in saying anything. There were others on your team posting, so we were counting their finished puzzles for cupcakes. Now, however, it seems you are the only one posting; therefore, no cupcakes will be assigned for what you’ve done.
Maybe reading Post #5 "How to Upload to tinypic.com" will help? Or someone, who was having the same difficulty, can assist you in posting. We would also be glad to try again to explain.
