If we do a group like this again, any thoughts on how we could do it better?

I really liked being part of the group, especially since I'm much further away which would make meeting in person next to impossible for me. I'm kind of sad now that it's over.

The only change I would make would be to add a written reading schedule, so we could know exactly which chapters should be read by which date. I wouldn't want this schedule as a accountability piece, or to make anyone feel bad if they haven't read. I just found it difficult to talk about the book because at times because I read ahead and then i wasn't sure which pages we were talking about. i didn't want to ruin future plot events for anyone. I guess I made it more difficult on myself by using an ebook rather than a real book because the pages were slightly different. It. wasn't a huge deal, but since you asked...

I like the idea of a reading schedule. I would like to do it again. I did this book as an audio book. I enjoyed it immensely this way. I also read ahead. I think it would have been more fun to read along with the group. I like the accessibility with this group. Here I am up at 11:23 PM taking part in this group. I could not have done interaction like this in a traditional grow group.

Yes...I agree 2 regarding the reading schedule as I was not on the same "page" as everyone else at times and found it difficult to try and figure out where everyone else was in the story. Absolutely LOVE the freedom of being able to participate any time any where (as Becki and Heidi said...it is difficult to meet face-to-face nowadays). I would do another on-line group b/c I found this to be a good experience (my first on-line discussion group!)
