If you go to the Amazon.com Author Central you can create a duplicate of your biography as well as snag a shortcut URL such as

www.amazon.com/author/greywolf

As they're separate sites each profile has to be (but can be) set up individually. I am guessing there is only one LIKE button, on .com otherwise you'd have different totals for likes on each different Amazon website

Best Regards

Hi, Jessica,

You are under no obligation to "like" anyone's page. Just do it you want. I found your author page and have liked it but you should post your link here so that anyone who wants can like it. Just in case you missed mine and want to like it, here it is: http://www.amazon.com/Bea-Cannon/e/B0... :-D

Hi girls,
That's a lovely picture of you both on your page which I've just liked. I'm hoping to learn and interact with the nice folks on here and hope to have some likes if you would be so kind. I'm a new children's writer and I love it! Here's my page if I may?

Marlana Williams (marlanawilliams) Hi all, thank you for the likes. I am already getting confused with where my likes are coming from. If you've liked my page and want me to like your back, please tell me.

I also am confused with what liking each other is doing for our pages. Does it generate something on Amazon to help your exposure? If someone could explain this, I'd love to know! Thanks! :)

Like Holly, I was wondering what the effect is? Though it's very nice to have 'likes'. It was also good - and fascinating - to see so many interesting author pages.

Just so people are aware, I have liked a few profiles on my consumer's page - not my author's page. I reserve my author's page to be as clean as possible. However, on my personal page this is where I order books and other goods from and it seems "liking" others' pages gauges what you might like to read or buy from Amazon.

As much as I'd like to give you all a boost, I also don't want it affecting my buying habits on Amazon. I love you guys and all, but if your book really isn't in my taste, it's not that I don't want to give you some help, it's more that I don't want recommendations to come in on things that don't interest me.

I hope that makes sense, and people can respect this. I understand if some "unlike" my page because of this. If there's something else we can do - such as Twitter follows, I'm game for that instead.
