SOLVED. Book I read 10+ years ago- YA fiction about girl w/ Premonitions [s]

Young adult paranormal book that I checked out from the school library 10 or so years ago. So it definitely was published prior to 2003.

WARNING! Possible spoilers!

It was about a young girl who had premonitions but didn't want to tell anyone and said she was scared to be labeled "a freak." I remember it being set on a beach maybe? I think the family had just moved to the south with their mom and the girl is taking a while to get use to southern manners. I think she even gets in trouble at her new school. Talks about going to the office and stuff.

I remember her predicting when her mom would walk down the stairs before she did it. She also had a sister who took dance. She was a ballerina I think. She had a vision of her sister getting hurt and it messing up her dancing and it came true.

I've been trying to chase down this book for FOREVER!!!!! It's bothering me so bad! Please help!
