http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/53...Regarding message 13, the above hardcover edition (the last link) is grouped with 570 other editions! Of any and all translations of Lae Tzu's words! I would maybe leave only 1 edition in that grouping, if it had to be there at all.
Putting the name Lao Tzu as an author, which is like putting God in a database as the author of any bible, seems really unworkable because of the numbers involved.
As Lao Tsu is not on the cover as an author can the name be taken off the hardcover edition?

As there are 570 editions now, I guess they all have to be combined in that group?
OK, I've been reading the manual. I may be wrong but it seems to me that Lao Tsu should not be the FIRST author/editor listed, he should be at the end. Use the actual authors/translators/editors on the book covers first. Then, editions of the same book would be grouped together, and still show up as books under author Lao Tsu. Without running into the 570 combined editions for however many separate books there are.That would mean that those 570 editions would have to be gone through, uncombined and then recombined with names in the proper order, with Lao Tsu Not In The First Position.
Does that sound workable? And an experienced librarian or superlibrarian would have to initiate it.
Please fix the above author names to match the below record and then combine them, thanx.
