No problem. I'm just hoping the explanation was clear enough :)

We are very happy that you came by to say Hi. Will you be reading the book with us or have you read it already?

I have not, it pains me to say that I have only found the world of books this past year. (I switched from a school with no money that had a library that consisted of...well...dictionaries?) But I will check out the book as soon as I can! (probably this sunday), when exactly are we starting the book?

Don't feel bad about it. I come from a place where I also had very limited access to books. In UK books are so much more accessible.
The book is for July. People can start whenever they want and have the time. Since the poll is closed and the topic is up you can even start today or in two weeks time. Feel free to comment whenever you can. Even if you read it next year. After all not everyone have the money the time or the mood for the group's monthly books ;]
Do you have access to a better library now? Having an e-reader is also really convenient, because if you buy books they are cheaper (no printing cost) and more quickly accessible. And can shared/lend as well. I was told the libraries in USA have this service as well.

I have a Kindle but I am still not really sure how to use it. The money is my dad's money because it is on his Amazon account so I feel kinda bad buying the hundreds and thousands of books that have been on my list for ever and ever. How do you share books?

True the Amazon account, but when you lend it it to someone you cannot access it and it is limited to two weeks.
I love my kindle, but what I did is I went on Youtube and searched for a review video of the model I have. They usually unpack it, turn it on and give some nice tips and it saves a lot of reading.
Yeah, don't buy thousands of books, bad idea ;)
There are websites where you can search for a book but it works both ways, you have to lend to be able to request books. Check here:

And you can try requesting it here: http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/1...
Someone might have it. Or just post a new topic. Or even look for a group on GR

Thanks! I'll check it out! (Finally I can read anything I want! Well...if I am smart enough to figure this out...)

Uh, I send you the weirdest message. Don't panic. I'm not crazy... actually I am but I can't do much damage online

Lol! Don't worry, I am not scared easily :)
Good. I'll be more scary next time! So scary it's gonna be ... wait for it .... legendary!
P.S. Now you have 5 friends, including invisible Bob

Lol...we kinda broke off a little, he was being mean. It was a popularity type thing. He claimed he had better friends than me but I couldn't see them so...whatever. I don't want to talk about it *sniff* *sniff*
Haha, I'm not sure you can be much scarier

I feel challenged.
I feel challenged.

I feel challenged."
Well I can't really control your feelings now can I?

I hope not 0.0"
That actually be very cool, having the power to control one's feelings...hm...that's like a vampire type thing right? Idk, never read twilight...but if someone were to ask me what super power I would want I don't think I would choose to control someone else's feelings...

Well I think manipulation is exactly that. Just not everyone can do it.
I have no intention on reading twilight or controlling people's emotions. I just want to rule the world and be loved by all! And I want to space travel and meet aliens but ... sigh. Why do they never kidnap me? Why only people in USA?

Being kidnapped by aliens would be awesome...as far as travelling goes, only the Tartis would suit me...
Please if discussing a book in progress use the spoiler tag so we do not spoil things for people that are yet to read the book.
How To Post a SPOILER tag:
Type in <*spoiler> I really loved when X died!<*/spoiler> WITHOUT the * signs and (view spoiler)[it will automatically change to spoiler tag (hide spoiler)]
*Tip: It's preferable to add a percentage before the spoiler tag. Why not pages? Because different editions have different number of pages.
Example: 37%(Spoiler)
When replying to spoiler it gets removed, so you do not have to delete:
