What Are You Reading Now? Pt 2.
Don't know how to add book links with my iPhone app, so just tough it out and search using the book title! Lol
I am reading In Cold Blood. I don't know why, but it is much better than I expected; I'm really enjoying it.
Rhian wrote: "Finished Pretty girls by Karin Slaughter 4 ★ now reading into the darkest corner by Elizabeth Haynes I've been looking forward to reading it for ages"Rhian - I like your recommendations. I think I'll try pretty girls.
VanillaSky wrote: "It's a trilogy :)"I'm anxiously awaiting the third. I thought the first two were excellent.
Hope you enjoy it.
Hi Nick I enjoyed it I hadn't read a slaughter book for over a year so was nice to read a stand alone, into the darkest corner is fantastic too have you read it Nick? I haven't finished but would definitely recommend it
Cody wrote: "Don't know how to add book links with my iPhone app, so just tough it out and search using the book title! Lol"UGH! I hate that stupid app. I just use the actual website on the phone's browser.
Cody wrote: "Just started Within These Walls, by Ania Ahlborn. Really creepy novel, and I'm loving it. @Kandice I'll be starting Brother next!"I bought another book by her today, but can't remember which is was now without looking!
Instead of reading Brother, I decided to start The Fireman, by Joe Hill. I've been waiting for this novel for a LONG time :) this is going to be an awesome long weekend!
I've finished The Steampunk Trilogy, three good stories, some better than others. Now I'm reading Perdido Street Station, a book I read many good opinions, but it's too early for judge.
Cody wrote: "Instead of reading Brother, I decided to start The Fireman, by Joe Hill. Maybe this weekend. ;)
Just finished Steelheart which was just ok for me, but can definitely see the appeal. I recommended to my bf who I think will love it.Now starting To Say Nothing of the Dog which is apparently not a sequel exactly, but a follow on to Doomsday Book which I read last week and thoroughly enjoyed.
I just started "Deeply Odd" by Dean Koontz. I've read two other "Odd" books and have really enjoyed them.
Finished A Mixed Bag of Blood
by David Bernstein. This guy shouldn't be allowed to roam the streets! I loved this collection!!Feel free to check out my review at:

It's not at all what I expected, but it's blowing me away! A very, very visual read.
Into the darkest corner by Elizabeth Haynes was a fantastic read, now onto one of my giveaway wins, All these perfect strangers by Aoife Clifford good so far
Scott wrote: "I'm anxiously awaiting the third. I thought the first two were excellent.Hope you enjoy it."
Thank you, I did :) Can't wait to start reading the second book, The Wise Man's Fear.
Half way through PRETTY GIRLS, one of the best (and most disturbing) books ever.... also listening to THE LONG WALK as we drive into the mountains. I'm still thinking it's one of King's best, though maybe not the ideal thing to listen to when you're on an interminable drive. 20 page from the end of COMPANY a satire about corporate life, will have a review of that one up soon.
I just finished In Cold Blood and will be starting The Fireman by Joe Hill, later today.

I've finished Perdido Street Station, an incredible novel. A mix of horror and scifi, all in a steampunk frame. Very nice. Now I'm reading the second book of the series, The Scar.
im reading The City of Mirrors by Justin Cronin. love this series as much as i want to see what happens, i dont want it to end.

Absolutely, she is a favorite author of mine.
I am reading The City of Mirrors by Justin Cronin. It's the last part of a awesome series. This one is soo very good!! I dread it to end though. Next one to read will be the new Stephen King End of Watch, it's the 3rd part also of a super great series!!
Finished Matthew Franks excellent debut, The Monster Underneath

Barely got started with The Martian by Andy Weir last night so I'm looking forward to getting stuck in today
Annie wrote: "Just finished up the girl on the train and now I am moving on to It by Stephen King."IT is my favourite book of all time. I read it when I was in grade 9 and I had to bring my garfield night-light out AGAIN (I had to 3 years earlier when I read The Shining).
You will not be disappointed Annie. I would welcome your comments as you dive in!
