Currently reading Mottak State of Mind by goodreads author Nathan Haddish Mogos. About half way though, so far, deep, intelligent and funny. Lots of great insight into the differences between the various peoples of African Nations and cultures as they assemble in a Mottak, a refugee center in Scandinavia, to await reassignment into a permanent residence.
I started Undeniable by Bill Nye yesterday. I don't get along real well with nonfiction these days, so I may start something else too. I can't decide if I want to wait til vacation in two weeks to read Revival. That's probably what I'll do. I may try to squeeze in some Dark Tower before then too.

I finished Lost Girls: An Unsolved American Mystery yesterday. Very interesting. Ideal for all true crime amateurs.

I, too, am a fan of the Michael Bennett series.

Currently reading Sharp Objects
by Gillian Flynn. Like others have mentioned so far, the protagonist seems a lot more relatable than that of Gone Girl. Despite that though, this book is definitely messed up and disturbing. It has a uncomfortable, raw feeling that makes you feel claustrophobic and yet you still read on, for example, (view spoiler). Keeps you hooked though, which is most definitely a sign of excellent writing imo.
I Just started Triste, solitario y final, by Osvaldo Soriano, an argentinian writer :)another fellow football fan

I loved the audiobooks for both A Monster Calls and Graveyard Book.
I know this thread is for non King books..... BUT, I plan on re-reading Revival (which I absolutely adored!). Finished my first read of the novel in less than two days :)

I'm reading The Crystal Shard in by R.A. Salvatore. I liked the previous stories of the legend of Drizzt but I'm having trouble with this one.
Yesterday I finished Three Men in a Boat and I started The Dark Tower, the last chapter of this series.
Well Andre I hope you liked three men in a boat. It's one of my top favorites. I am now reading mr Mercedes . Page 100.

Margaret wrote: "Well Andre I hope you liked three men in a boat. It's one of my top favorites. I am now reading mr Mercedes . Page 100."It's not bad, but I found it a little repetitive. But an Interesting panoramic about Thames and surrounding lands.
Margaret wrote: "I sure enjoy reading mr Mercedes. And I am taking my time ."That's good to hear. :)
Still waiting for Revival to arrive. Reading JP Donleavy's 'The Onion Eaters'
while I wait. A wacky emotive read, exactly as I've come to expect from Donleavy.
Just finished Full Dark No Stars. The stories were dark, for sure. I also found a lot of humor in them. Fair Exchange had me laughing in spots. Interesting studies in human nature. Just started The Green Mile.
Finished A Monster Calls which is very sad/hearbreaking. Now reading The Haunting of Hill House. I've seen both film adaptations of this book so many times but I'm still enjoying it. Right now I am only selecting shorter, quick reads so I can meet my 2014 book challenge goal.
Started Limbus, Inc., and it's a crazy ride already. Also, mid-way through another Dresden file, which I love; Dead Beat. I absolutely love this series. Thanx, for whomever recommended this to me, in HA!! thanx, guys :D
Finishing up with "K" is for Killer.
Just finished reading Stephen King's The Stand, it was awesome! Started reading The Verdict by Nick Stone and it seems promising.
I'm reading Nightshift and Bound by Prophecy...continuing on reading Stephen Kings's work in chronological order.
I finished the amazing Triste, solitario y final by Osvaldo Soriano and I probably gonna start Futbol by the same author
