book vanished from my dashboard

This book has vanished from my dashboard for some reason, though it remains on my author profile and in the general search. I want to edit the description so need it back on my profile. How do I do this?

You are Stuart-3space-Harrison, and that book had been moved (not sure why) to another author of the same name. I moved it back.
