Hello everyone, Maybe it was just me, but for the longest time I could not create a toc using Mobipocket, first I didn't know what information to add and second I kept getting an javascript error message. Both things were resolved in this blogpost:
It gives step by step instructions and in the comments section I discovered how to get rid of the error message. All I had to do was to go back to IE8, for some reason IE9 screws up Mobipocket.
I've used this method on the last 4 eBooks I've formatted and it looks great, finally Kindle Previewer recognizes the TOC.
