No, Parke Godwin pretty clearly wrote these books for W.I.T.C.H. -- he's cited in a lot of the book reviews in various places, plus Google Books has him listed -- and if there's a known author that's highly preferred over publisher attribution. There might be two different series mixed up in this listing, though.
