Can i read more that one book with say a flower on the cover or is it only one book of each sub category?
Moon on the cover - does it have to be a picture of a moon or does the word Moon in the title count?
Thanks Steven.

Lisa, you may read a flower bookcover, a green bookcover, a moon bookcover, a landmark/monument bookcover, any of the letters provided, etc. You can even repeat any of those 'sub-categories' as many times as you desire.

You mean a photograph, as opposed to a drawing? Nah.

Also, some of them were already in my TBR pile which helps.

BOOK POST THREAD
The new thread is ONLY for posting books, while THIS thread will remain here for discussions and questions, as well as for me to keep progress updates in their respective posts! I'll be adding the link to the top of this thread also.

Hint: That book can be found on one of Electric Lime's team member's shelf.

I have now got a list of 26 books for Behind Enemy Lines and I (now) own 24 of these. I am sure I will do the challenge twice and then we will see where the rest of my reading will fit in.
I should read more than 14 books in 7 weeks even though I am moving from Greenland to Denmark in that time period.

Jane, that's a big move! Is it by choice or is it work or what? Hopefully it'll be a good change!

Wow, Jane, that's a lot of reading even *without a move!

I am Danish and after 7 years in Greenland I miss spending more time with my family. My husband is English so he will get closer to his family too.
Also luckily we don't have to do all the packing, a moving company will do that. But as we need to put our stuff in storage I am going to take all our bookshelves apart so they take up less space.
My last workday is next Friday so I hope to get a lot of reading done when I take breaks from taking stuff apart.
The moving company will come on the 19th of June so I will also be sitting in a empty house with nothing to do till the 26th when I have to start the cleaning

Book w/Green cover: Hound Dog True by Linda Urban

Set in a favorite holiday destination:

I already had them checked out from the library and didn't want to have to get a whole new set of books just to complete this challenge.

I just checked my list for BEL and I had been to the right shelves.
I still found one that I don't know how I got.
Rivers of London by Ben Aaronwitch I have down as read by Oo but as I can't see her bookshelf I have no idea why I think she has read it.
edit:
just found it - it is one of the 8 books she read according to post 273 in our main Mango Tango thread

Yep, it's on her "read" shelf for this challenge. She started it on March 31, finished on April 19 :)

Be assured, it is there. I triple checked. ☺

The last one - the first I am going to read, I am not sure fits anywhere but when I am finished I will post it on our main page and we can check it out.
All my BEL chosen books also fit into other challenges I am doing.

And I just realized (*face palm*) that DRACULA has 7 letters and The Hobbit or There and Back Again has 7 words, so two of the "buddy reads" I want to do are Sevens books! :D

Snow Crash by Neil Stephenson
Option 5 or 6: spell it out: S (for first word in title or surname) or N for first name
I think most books read should fit in somewhere if the option hasn't been filled completely.

I figure each of us putting focus on a category would help us guarantee a finish and finish faster, but of course books past our categories will be applied to where they fit.
Plus this way we can plan easier, knowing where other people's foci would be and not wondering where we should start (or go next after finishing one).
