Yeeeeeees, finally we will see Trent face!! I have great expectations ;)
She's gorgeous. I'm so nervous to see Trent's face tomorrow, lol. Assuming it is Trent, of course...I'm pretty sure it is though. On her FB page, when she put the first two pieces together she commented "Don't they look good together?" I think that was a definite hint and since Rachel has repeatedly thought to herself (well, at least twice that I can remember) that she and Trent look good together....yeah, me thinks it's a hint.
Well, who else would appear in the cover?? I mean, Trent has been a big player in the last two books and we are 99% sure they are each other HEA, and who else wear a suit...Also it makes sense since they will be having lots of hot elf sex in this book looool
OMG the cover pieces look amazing. It better be Trent... It's a very "Trent suit"
I put them all together in PS6 to look at it and it is going to be a WONDERFUL cover when they finish! And Rachel does have a ring on her middle finger of right hand and what looks like a single diamond necklace on. The man has all five fingers on his right hand but the left hand is hidden. I am betting, praying, and hoping it is Trent! I am a Rachel-Trent fan!
What if Trent is wearing a hat and his face is shadowed. We may have to mutiny if that happens.
Rachel looks incredible in her face section. She's supposed to have green eyes, not blue, but still. Loving the artwork so far.

Trent isn't how I picture him (damn you, Armie hammer! lol) but that's okay because the main thing is that he's there...with Rachel. And I totally wasn't expecting the first chapter, what a treat. I can't wait for this book. Still almost a full five months to go...

Definitely not how I pictured Trent but he still looks yummy.I managed to drag out my first reading of Ever After for 2.5 days. I don't think that will be possible with The Undead Pool. It's more like an all night, bathroom breaks only kinda of book.
I'm seriously thinking of taking the day off of work to read it. I don't see how I can possibly be expected to be productive at work that day otherwise, lol.
I came into work late to read the first chapter! I'm definitely taking the day off on release day!

He is a handsome man, no doubt, he just has a more rugged look whereas I've always pictured Trent with more refined, elegant looks. But hey...Trent and Rachel, together on the cover...I'll take it.

I couldn't resist, it just seems to fit the mood. I've re-read the chapter, and swooned all over again. I wonder how long it will be before the next chapter release.

"And if I had to crawl upon the floor, come crashing through your door..." It takes me back to Bis pulling Rachel out of the lines and taking her to Trent when her aura burned off in Pale Demon. So many fitting moments in the last three books have been leading us here, and I just can't help myself. The song fits.

And wow, I find them both so simply stunning on the cover. Dreamy. Rachel looks beautiful and Trent looks hot to me.
The first chapter - Incredible. Awesome. Can NOT WAIT. You have Rachel, Jenks, Trent, and she's going to see Al already. Bliss.
I keep hoping that even as Rachel doesnt need Jenks quite as much for fights, that he will still be a constant like the earlier books. He's definitely always been a great support for her emotionally wise too.

And anyone notice that when she said she was going to ask Al, Trent temporarily got a glint in his eye and she thought for a second it looked like he wanted to come too?
I can picture the scenes clearly. I know Rachel has to look especially appealing with the sun in her hair on the golf course. Can't picture golf being much of her game though! But then again if Trent's wanting to teach her that would involve touching her to try and show her how to hold the putter. He's getting crafty there.
See, I keep thinking, because obviously Trent has known since APB that he's in love with Rachel, and he reads her like a book, that he keeps creating opportunities for them to "work" together, and yet he keeps it pretty casual. Meanwhile, Rachel is struggling with her own indecision, and I think Trent knows it, so instead of making his move, he's waiting for her to finally make up her mind that she WANTS this. You know as soon as she makes up her mind, he will read it all over her face and it's going to be on like donkey kong. I just wish she'd listen to Jenks and go for it already. LOL! But of course I can understand that she's holding back BECAUSE she doesn't want to just be his mistress. But I think if she would jump, Trent would tell Ellasbitch to take a long walk off a short pier, permanently, traditions, expectations and society be damned. But maybe that's just my wishful thinking...
I wonder if the (view spoiler)= the first of the spell backfiring situations teased in the plot synopsis. There is a whole lot going on in this first chapter, looks like it's setting up the interlander vs human tension too (per the synopsis), starting with (view spoiler)The cover is awesome, and I loved Jenks's (view spoiler) :)
I can't wait to get my hands on a copy of this book, it's going to be so darn good!!!
I remember reading a while back on Kim's blog that she suggested that Trent had to make Rachel see that she cared for him before it's too late. (something along those lines) I loved the first chapter! I liked that Rachel and Trent have spent these last few months together. I was surprised by Jonathan's appearance..
