They are all valid ISBNs as far as I can see, so usually these would just be combined as alternate editions of each other. As publishers frequently only list the most current versions of a book on their websites, not existing there is not a guarantee of never existing...

Although less likely with the same publisher or major publishers like Harper Collins, it's also common for self or independently published ebook authors to have a lot of isbn numbers caused by publishers who correctly change isbn numbers whenever "reprinted" with a new cover, by author or publisher putting a unique isbn on every file type they make ebook available in or just by author moving book from publisher to publisher, etc.
