Stephen (havan) | 330 comments I recently acquired a copy of What Mrs. McGillicuddy Saw! and couldn't find any that resembled my edition so I entered as new as http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17...

Now I'd like to combine it with all those lumped under 4:50 from Paddington but they don't appear on the same page when I go to the combine screen. Given all the copies of Agatha Christie's book already out there I'd rather not do it and get it wrong. Can someone:

a) do the combine and
b) tell me how it's done for future reference?

Thanks in advance!

Lobstergirl Combine done.

Go to combine page, filter works by "McGillicuddy" (without quotes). This brings up a much much shorter list.

Suppose your entry was the only such title, all others were "4:50 from Paddington." In that case, insert a temporary "Paddington" into your title so you can filter by that, do the combine, then remove the "Paddington."

Stephen (havan) | 330 comments Ah! Thanks for that. I hadn't realized what that filter thing was for. It SHOULD have been obvious but I was being particularly dense today.
