He realized she stopped smiling and said "Hey, im just messing with you. Seriously i just wanna be your friend, see how that goes."

"Yeah, I know," she said quickly. "It's fine, I was just thinking about suff."
"What kind of stuff?" after a moment he said "You dont have to tell me i was just wondering, but just tell me if im bein nosy or somethin"
"oh just um... past relationships I guess," she said quietly.
He nodded slowly "You wanna talk about it?"
She shook her head. "Umm... I... I dont know..."
He looked at her "We dont have to but if you need someone to talk to im here for you"
"Okay thanks," she said softly.
He smiled at her softly and said "No problem"
She smiled at him a little bit and turned a corner onto her street.
He looked at her and smiled softly loving the way she just kind of glowed
She had no reason to say anything, and the silence didn't feel awkward, so she didn't say anything. She just kept walking.
He twined his fingers with hers just likeing the feeling of her touch
She let him, because she also liked it a bit. "My house is just up ahead," she said quietly.
He nodded slightly, kinda sad that it was so close then he said kind of nervously and hesitantly "Um...Could i just hang out with you for a while? I get it if you dont want to, im just wondering"
She looked at him and raised an eyebrow. She thought about it for a second and then nodded. "You know what, yeah, sure."
He looked up at her smiling brightly "Really?"
"YEah, really. There's a park by my house if you wanna go there," she offered.
He smiled "Yeah, anywhere is good if im with you"
She looked at him kind of funny but nodded and changed direction to where the park was.
He followed her and started to hum softly smiling at her while he did
She listened to him humming, it kind of relaxed her nerves.
He gently swung their hands back and forth starting to lead her to a bench, still humming
Once they were there she seated herself.
