How do I create an alternative cover edition?

I've just changed the cover on Amazon (not showing up yet but should be soon) for my book The Tube Riders. I know from past experience that I'm not allowed to change the cover on an existing book but when I try to create a new edition it won't let me because the ASIN is the same. I've heard you can create a new cover edition but I don't know how and I couldn't find an option for it on the book page.

Chris, Create the new edition as you were, but WITHOUT the ASIN.

Once you have, if you link the new edition to us, we can combine and add a note to the record to show that it is an ACE of ASIN ---. Once the editions are combined, you can set the new cover edition as Primary, meaning that it will show first in searches.
