I would love to read your book! Congratulations on writing a book! That's fantastic! I think it sounds very interesting! I have a few friends who suffer and some with family members who suffer from mental illness. I'd love to hear what you have to say and your experience. I don't have a blog, but I will review it on Goodreads and facebook if that's okay. I have a kindle app on my tablet but I'm not sure how that works exactly. A pdf might be the safest way to send it. Thank you so much! I look forward to reading it!

Thank you times a million! The files are on their way via email. Sincerely hope you enjoy the read. Thanks ahead of time for your honest review.

I recently wrote a book, Pros of Prozac: A Faith-based Memoir of Overcoming the Stigma.
In this book, I discuss my experience with postpartum depression and anxiety as a Latter-day Saint mom, what helped me (Prozac and a commitment to be my best self), and then address the stigma of mental illness that exists.
I am writing to offer you a free digital copy of the book in exchange for you submitting an honest review here on Goodreads and also posting about it on your personal blog and Facebook page.
I can email you the digital book for your Kindle/Nook/eReader, a .pdf to read the book on any computer, or I also have an audiobook that I can email you as well.
On a side note, this is a very quick, yet interesting, read, only a little over 100 pages plus a section of resources. Most readers finish this book within two hours.
Any help you wonderful ladies could give in spreading the word about this book would be MUCH appreciated. I am biased, but I think my book could benefit:
- Someone taking medication for a mental illness, wanting to know he or she is not alone.
- Someone suffering from depression or anxiety and considering medication for help.
- Someone wanting to understand why anyone would ever take a drug like Prozac.
- Someone about to give birth to a baby.
If you are interested, post your email to this thread, or email me at beca.mark@gmail.com and I will send you whichever copy of the book you would prefer.
Much love,
Beca Mark
