Merging my friend of GR status with my author's profile?

When I searched for my name through google I found out that my friendspage for Goodreads is separate from my author's profile. Is it possible or necessary to merge them?

Your personal profile is merged with the author profile when you claim it, so it looks like somewhere along the line you ended up with two personal profiles.

The personal profile currently linked with your author profile is user 8936887, visiting that user page will automatically redirect you to your author page. The profile you found on Google (if it's this one is 6599867.

Goodreads staff can merge these profile, but you'll have to contact them directly. Giving them the user numbers above will help them find your profiles quickly.
