Jax gritted his teeth as another one of his emotions returned. Anger. When he heard Vee singing drunkenly and with Brayden who just laid on the grass he wanted to punch him but he didn't move because some rational part of him was saying that Brayden and Vee were just friends however he couldn't stop from going to them. "I see that you're back at being a player," he said in a bearly restrained voice. He wanted to pull her up and tell her everything but what she is doing right now made his blood boil.

Jax felt his anger rising as Brayden kept on talking, he didn't heard any of his words and he was like a man possessed as he pierced Brayden with his eyes, "Am I talking to you? So fuck off." He said in a low tone, his anger was held feebly by a thin slice of his control and he couldn't imagine if he let it out to Vee.

Jax held on to his meager control, "Do you think don't know that? If I didn't love Vee so much I wouldn't have done this to myself but enough about me what about you? You let the only girl go because you're afraid and look at Shale now, she's on her way to kissing the lips off of some random guy." With those words he felt the next emotion. Regret.
"You're drunk, Vee. I don't want you to be like this," he said under his breath. He laid a hand above her hand on his arm, "I need you to go to bed, and sleep." He looked at her eyes deeply.

Jax nodded while weighing in his options. He could accompany her to her room and leaver her or he could stay here and think of ways to torture Brayden just for breathing the same air as Vee's. He took the first option with ease as he took Vee's hand and even though he felt pain in doing that action he held on. "Let's go," not looking at her.

Jax looked at Brayden with haunted eyes, "Whiskey is not the answer. Talk to her before it's too late," With those parting words he encircled Vee's waist and he maneuvered them to the sleeping room.

Lea nodded thoughtfully, "There's nothing to apologize about, Hunter. Let it go," she said while looking around. She stared at the peacefulness of this place and she sighed as she wished that were her condition in being with the man beside her. She shifted to look at the man in question, "I'm fine, I got emotional and you shouldn't be fazed by what I said since I know I'm not the only on who said those to you," she said in a tight voice.

She laughed so hard by what he said, tears were coming out of her eyes. When she sobered up she tearfully said, "Jackass or not I thank you for understanding," she smiled at him and felt so much better than the time when she's alone in her room.

"I might be persuaded to blow You away," she said jokingly as she clasped her hands behind her. "What tests?" She asked as she got serious, this was like her whenever there's something about exams. If she needs to study then so be it.

She sighed at his proximity to her. She took a step back and asked, "When will be the agent be coming?" She was really should study for it now. Even though she didn't think of joining it was a challenge for her to Ace the tests.

Vee feels Shale tense beside her as they enter the mansion "Hey you okay?" She asks calmly not to freak her out. As Shale inhales, she relaxes a bit but Vee could still feel her wariness.

"Basement then" Vee smiles sadly, she hopes she wouldn't run into Jax, but then again she misses him like hell! She felt her phone vibrate a text from Stefan "Stefan wants to talk, you should join us to hear the full story and stop us from doing anything stupid" she said nonchalantly.
Natalie was taking a little jog out in the field. She loved the cool breeze. Thats why she went a night, plus she never was a people person, so she knew she would be alone. She turned he ripod to a new song and returned to jogging.
While she was jogging, she saw the guy. She shuddered and tried to keep her distance. The way he laid there, made her feel revolted. He was definetely a cocky guy, and would probably try something, if she got too close. So she stayed as far away as possible, getting more nervous by the secon
She stopped dead in her tracks. She was on her way to the tree. She had to go down another path. She turned on her heals and took off down the darker path.

Natalie was shaking at this point. She backed up against a tree and slid down it, bringing her knees to her chest. She cried softly, regretting that she ever turned down the other path. She couldnt trust anybody, not after what happened so many years bwck.
"Please.. Dont hurt me" she hold her arms out like she was trying to hold him back. "I'll do anything, please, dont hurt me daddy" she said frantically, having a terrible flashback.
"No please." He crawled away a little
She doesnt answer and curls up more, crying softly. She was still having some flashbacks of her father. She couldnt help it. It was just so traumatising for her.
She flinched at his touch at first, but soon it felt comforting. She was able to calm down to just sniffles. Soon, she wasnt crying at all. She sat up and looked at him

"Well, I'm Natalie" she said softly. She hesitated before reachin ghe rhand out

"Sure" she smiled and took his hand and pulled herself up and followed him
Jax can't get his mind off the touch of Vee's hand with his back at Crackers. No one really had touched him intentionally and with Vee doing it, it was just too unbelievable to be true. They were nearing some kind of empty lot with lots of grass when he felt Vee stop behind him He guessed that they will do the talking here then, "Vee? Remember what I said? I'll still like you to be my friend so don't worry about the thing you're thinking about."

When he nodded she continued "that wasn't the first time I heard you play or to be specific, that wasn't the first time you played that piece for me" as she let that sink in. "We've met before you know? You just don't remember. Or maybe on some unconscious level you do. That's why you keep saying nonsense that actually makes perfect sense" she stood silently eying his reaction. Maybe she should just shut up after all.

He was not at all agreeing with Vee but the least he can do was hear her out but her words had held some truth in it. Her reaction when he had played a piece that somehow struck a cord in him even if it was his first time playing it. Her hints of being close to him. Her wary stance whenever he was close with her.
