Is anyone else nervous about the last Sookie Stackhouse book?

Tomorrow, Dead Ever After comes out. I don't know about you, but I'm very nervous about how Harris will end this. I have a feeling all the Eric/Sookie shippers are going to be very disappointed.

Too be honest, I kind of pissed at her and I don't know how it ends yet. But I think it's clear from the last two books what will happen. Honestly, it doesn't make sense. I hope I'm wrong.

I agree. I was talking about it to someone else and I said I'm pretty sure I'm going to want to throw my Kindle across the room tomorrow. I just don't see it ending any other way. (view spoiler)[Charlaine Harris has said in the past that Sookie will never be made a vampire, so... (hide spoiler)]

That's what I mean...the last book really disappointed me, and I thought she could have easily ended the whole thing with the last book. I'm looking forward to a conclusion of the series - even though I absolutely love Sookie - it's just time to end it because there is no really story anymore. It's been drug out too long. Personally, I would love to see her with Quinn :D

Quinn. Hmph! . I just don't understand. For so many books, she set the scene for Sookie and Eric. There was that cryptic statement about the vampire loves you, he's a good man. She even gave Sookie a magical means of saving Eric. Then, all of sudden, she switches paths. I seriously don't get it, and I don't trust her not to break my heart.

Oh definitely. I have to see how it ends. And it's all been good until, in my opinion, the last book. This last one has to be phenomenal.

She did set everything up for Eric. I actually thought for a long time she would get back with Bill, but with one book to go I absolutely don't see that happening. I won't be able to read this until next week, so I am definitely staying away from reviews...I don't want any spoilers!

I've already started to hold my breath. My husband thinks I'm crazy, but as I writer, I can only hope one day to have a fraction of this attention.

I just started a book and I wanted to finish it tonight, but I got sucked into The Voice (Adam and Usher...*sigh*). I'm debating whether to just put it down and read Sookie tomorrow but I probably won't get to Sookie until later in the week.

I'm glad to see the end but I won't be happy. I've always held out hope that Sookie and Bill would end up together.

I want to see how she wraps things up -- and I'm very glad she is wrapping things up. This series has outlived itself. I believe I read that Harris is tired of it, and the last few books support that idea. I hope she starts a new series that she can be excited to write, and we can be excited to read.

This one isn't getting good ratings, which makes me nervous...

I like the Lily Bard series quite a bit, but I doubt she'll go back to it.
