The ONE time she: follows her instinct; feels compelled to DO something; actually wants to help someone, herself or otherwise; doesn't hide from her fears, and ends up being straight into the hands of the bad guy. After reading the synopsis of the next two books I decided not to continue the series. It's too much like the Twilight saga: First book, fall in love. Second book, he leaves. Third book, starting of a love triangle ... etc.

I understand what you are saying. It reminded me of that as well and like I said parts are also similar to Fallen.

Its like a 50\50 chance that I will continue or won't continue.

There were parts that I liked about a fallen and parts that I didn't like. It depends.. lol

So I'm only about a page in but I can tell I'll probably like Haven. Also I already feel bad for both Haven and the MC since the MC knows all these icky details about her friends life. And Haven obviously has a rough home life. :(
