K4A 4.0.1.3 Text Selection DNW on Nexus 7 w. 4.2.2

Text selection works fine on my Xoom (4.1.2). However 'Go To TOC' doesn't work.
So there are at least a couple of important things to fix (and re-test).

* fixed a bug with notes, dictionary, and highlights not displaying
* fixed a bug for missing table of contents

Does this mean the Nook will be able to read Kindle books?

Yes, by all accounts I have seen.
