What is your favorite part in the Movie?
When I watched the movie and read the book, it was the same basic story, and true to the script. However, I think that it put out an entirely different vibe. When reading the book, I felt the developing love story, and the romance, the passion.
In the movie, they put it in dark sepia tones, and focused on how Edward should be more "tortured" and "brooding". Stewart decided to make Bella a more angered and angsty girl. And with the flashbacks to the Nomadic Vampires, most of the movie gave me an impending sense of doom. It would have been great for a A-List action thriller, but not for a romance.

melz i agree with you. the angst is there. and the coldness of bella. the tortured soul of edward was really brought out. i loeved the movie. its my bedtime movie. i guess i just built the movie up so much in my head that i guess i just dont look at it objectively. i really like your input. it gives me things to think about. :) ps. melzz how old are you? im turning 21 on the 5th. and i just would like to know your age compared to your perspective.
p.s. you dont have to answer. i was just thinking about it. i have a feeling that a lot of what im feeling about the book will change with my age and it seems like you have more experience with life than i do.

There are two books on the making of the film. The Twilight Director's Notebook, which I've read, and Twilight The Complete Illustrated Movie Companion, which I'm just finishing. You can get the books, at any bookstore.
The Three disk DVD at Target includes an 8 part documentary on the making of, and the third bonus disk has some more documentary stuff that had to do with the casting of Bella and Edward. The Three disk edition is only sold at Target, other places only have the two disks.

Yeah, they are fumny too. Rob fell on his butt while they were setting up for the Gazebo scene. Kristen wasn't there so she said. "Rob fell? Ha ha. Aww, I wish I could have been there to see that!"
I can't choose between the baseball scene and the scene with the whole edward charlie thing. The baseball was just extremely cool and then the other was hilarious.

I agree that is really cute. And I love with Emmet does his whole jump in the tree catch the ball thing and then Rosalie all smiles and says my monkey man. And then when bella calls rosalie out and home and emmets all like come on babe it's just a game I thought that was cute

Yeah I agree I think it is funny how Emmet is so laid back and fun adn then Rosalie is serious and I also love when Bella first meets them at their house and emmet waves his knife , thats hilarious.

the credits and then end... and, other than that, it was altogether a great comedy, complete w/ creepy sweaty stalker dudes and horrible acting! no wonder my lil bro found it entertaining... well, it was either that, or he saw me swinning around that steak knife yelling at the entire cast of characters to die

Iago, you do realize the credits started while the deer hunt scene was going on. You technically like the deer hunting. :D And the credits were awesome! Victoria's smirk. The radiohead song playing, Scenes from the film, including elemental parts while the actors names roll across the screen. That was cool. :D Of COURSE you loved them. :D

My favorite part in the movie was when Charlie cocks his gun when Bella introduces him to Edward. I wish that had been in the book! I also liked how they ended it with Victoria coming down the stairs with that perfect evil smile....
