I think he started loving her when they had their first real meeting. Remember he had started watching her before they actually meet. And then he said somewhere that he loved her long before she did.

Hmm. I think when he started to watch Nora from afar.. he just didn't watch Nora, he admire her; not only the looks but also the character. <3

At first he knows she was gorgeous and sexy to him, but I think he really started liking then loving her probably the second time or when he learned who she really was in the inside. But I guess it all lead up to him knowing what love is and I guess that was when he didn't accept the human body when Nora died for a brief moment.

At the beginning he was going to kill her...Soooo I don't think he loved her at the very start but evidently she grew on him quickly and he fell in love with her.

hmm I think that Patch loved her and was attracted to her from the beginning but I don't think he actually realised or admitted it to himself that he was in love until the archangel where he was going to kill her but didn't. I think at that moment he realised that he could not kill Nora because he was in love with her.
