Purpose of this folder is to hold R2R books with 0 copies left

I will move books in here once they have had takers for all the copies offered. That will keep the R2R folder for available books, and allow the info to stay at the top there. Authors, if you fail to get back a review or want to add more copies, let me know and I will return your thread to the active folder.

Readers can still look through here for information about the books, but these have NO FREE COPIES LEFT at this time.
