He had a friend who was reincarnated and the friend had a battle axe or battle hammer... i also think he had red hair? The main guys name started with an S.

It doesn't sound like Tiger and Del to me. For one thing, there's no one with a battleaxe/hammer, or red hair. Tiger didn't use dual swords, either, and was only bald in Sword Born for a very short time.
