its ok....yeah so i admit ive got ALOT of problems, mostly family related. but i like the idea of chicago, knowing someone familiar will be there.

Really? But what do we do when they really want to support you or get too much invovled in your decisions, you want to tell them to not interfere and let one take his own decisions, but parents dont just understand that. What should we do then? Please i need to know.

Ofcourse i talked to them. But they were like 'We know you'll take wrong decisions' over and over again. To put more influence they start babbling about my mistakes i've done so far (there arent many). See, they're kind of over-protective, im not saying i dont respect that, but if they wont let me take habdle of my life how im gonna learn anything. I want them to understand this thing, without breaking their heart or something like that, because i know they dont like to fight with me or scold me, and i dont like to either. I cant make them see things my way, which is really annoying.

wana know how i feel......one of my best friends at school hates me, i just got back from an exhausting shopping trip, my headphones are broken to my mp4, and i keep getting made fun of for my interest in irish music. GAAHHH!!!!

Ariel,I agree with John about choosing the chicago school.At least your cousin will be there.Tell your parents,that you want to maybe check the schools out someday.Then if you like the schools,tell your parents that.And that they should respect your descision because everyone is free to make their own choices.

Neha,try to have a talk with your parents.Tell them that you appreciate them taking care of you,and being worried about you,but you want to be free to make you own desicions about things.Tell them to give you a chance.

Ariel,why does your best friend hate you?
Ariel and John,don't mind people when they make fun of you for your likes.After all no one is the same.We all have different likes and dislikes.People should respect that.
