Looking forward to reading In Cold Blood! But now I want to read The Killing too after hearing about the show :)
Currently reading Frank Bill's short stories "Crimes in Southern Indiana" Crimes in Southern Indiana: Stories.
I just finished, The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie. I just started In the Shadow of the Banyan.
I have been reading a series by Cody McFadyen. I have been totally blown away by these books. I am on the last couple of pages of the third book and the fourth is laying in bed with me, ready to be read. I highly highly recommend these books :)
I just finished "Inferno" and will be reading, "Darkest Before Dawn." Out of my genre, but heard it was good. Next I'm going to try the ABC reading I saw in a forum. I will find a book that begins with an "A" sounded fun.

I just finished Ashes to Ashes by Tami Hoag. I want to read the entire Liska and Kovac series. Any recommendations after I get through those?
Amber wrote: "I just finished Ashes to Ashes by Tami Hoag. I want to read the entire Liska and Kovac series. They hook up and form their own detective agency.

Thank you very much. I picked a couple Mo Hayder books at the library yesterday based on what everyone was talking. I'll look up this new recommend too.
Amber wrote: "I just finished Ashes to Ashes by Tami Hoag. I want to read the entire Liska and Kovac series. Any recommendations after I get through those?"I've started on Tami Hoag's Oak Knoll series. Unfortunately, I read Secrets to the Grave first (it's the second book in the series) and I loved it. I'm now listening on CD to the first book, Deeper than the Dead. I know who the killer is because of reading out of order, but it doens't matter. I'm really enjoying this series and the characters in the series.
Little Green: A Easy Rawlings Mystery by Walter MosleyI love the character, Easy Rawlings. I love Walter Mosley.
Nel,I took a detour and read Mo Hayder and listened to a David Baldacci book. Baldacci was alright. I don't think I liked the narrators voice. I guess that's the risk you take with auido books. I read Mo Hayder, Gone or Skin; whichever is first in the Walking Man series, and I didn't fall in love like I did with Tami Hoag. A little disappointed but I still have some Tami to read. :D

I loved the Oak Knoll series.
Finished: The Switch by Sandra Brown, In Plain Sight by C.J. Box, and The Affair by Lee ChildStarted: On the Run by Iris Johansen, Deadline by Sandra Brown, and Desert Heat by J.A. Jance
Currently reading The Absent One by Jussi Adler-Olsen. It's the second of a series. The first was Keeper of Lost Causes and it was amazing!
Just finished Deadline by Sandra Brown, excellent book, story and characters kept me interested and turning pages until I finished the book!
Just finished Eva's Eye by Karin Fossum. It's the first of the series. I read the 2nd and 3rd first but it didn't matter. They are all excellent!
Episode 728 | Web Extra Steve Kohlhagen - YouTube Author Steve Kohlhagen talks about the history of fandangos in Santa Fe, featured in his novel "Where They Bury You."

I recently finished Hat Dance by Carmen Amato. I really like this author and series. I think I will read Sue Grafton's W is for Wasted next. I hate that the alphabet is almost at an end. I've enjoyed her series with Kinsey; both Sue and Kinsey have grown and matured as they have gone through the alphabet.
Just finished Glass Castle. Loved it. Reading Joyland by Stephen King. Just started but pretty good thus far.
