The power is controlled by something on her figure other than the biblical (Samson styled) cut of her piled hair. She has a physical piece to her that makes her travel time but don't rejoice, its part of the Nivikov self-consistency theorem, meaning she is on a fixed timeline and this, whatever she does in the past will not change the future because what she's done has always been. If others time travel with her... well that's different. This ability to trigger a computation that automatically gives certain results involving quantum mechanics and quantum teleportation--the only practise that seems to make this sort of thing work.
Anya is as if chained to a bomb of quantum mechanic teleportation and even though she knows where it is on her, she refuses help in case someone takes her 'baby' away. Those results could be disastrous.

GAMMA LEVEL MUTANT - Nightcrawler:

Teleportation - Nightcrawler is able to teleport to any place, as long as he knows where he's going. He stated himself that if he doesn't know the place, he might end being stuck in a wall or tree.

Subconscious Spatial Awareness: Nightcrawler has a very limited subconscious extrasensory ability that prevents him from teleporting himself so that his feet, for example, would materialize below the surface of the local ground. Because this ability is so limited, however, Nightcrawler will not teleport into any place that he cannot see or has not seen in the past. If Nightcrawler teleported himself into an unfamiliar area, he would run the risk of materializing partially or entirely within a solid object. If too much of his body materialized within a solid object, he would probably be killed.

Micro-Suction Discs: Nightcrawler can stick to objects with the surface of his hands and feet. This enables him to scale surfaces.

Flexible Bone Structure: Nightcrawler's bone structure allows him great flexibility. He can remain in a crouched position for a long time and perform contortionist type feats without causing any damage to his spine.

Camouflage: He has limited abilities to blend into shadows, both as a result of his indigo fur and his connection to light-bending attributes of the dimension through which he teleports. This is also the explanation for why he constantly appears in shadow, even in direct light.

Prehensile Tail: allowing him to grab onto objects with relative ease. His tail is strong enough to not only support his body weight but also lift an adult man completely off the ground, and is deft enough to fight with like a sword or blunt object.

Infrared Vision: Nightcrawler's always glowing eyes grant him a marked degree of heightened night vision as well.

Superhuman Agility: Nightcrawler's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the human body's natural limits.

Superhuman Reflexes: Nightcrawler's natural reaction time is enhanced to a level beyond the human body's natural limits.

OMEGA LEVEL Jean Grey

Telepathy: She can manipulate the minds of others and even higher order animals within a vast, potentially limitless radius.

Her notable powers include:

Telepathic Defense: She can manifest her telepathy in a number of defensive ways.

Telepathic Cloak: She can mask her presence and the use of her abilities from being detected by other psions and psychic entities. She can extend these defenses to others around her as well. Cloaking via telepathy is not perfect and powerful psis may notice and 'see' through this ability.

Cloak Mind: Ability to rearrange the “mental engrams” of mutants so their distinctive mutant thought patterns cannot be detected by Cerebro-type devises or by other telepaths.

Psionic Shield: Ability to erect a psychic shield for protection of herself and of others minds.

Telepathic Illusions: She can create realistic telepathic illusions and cause people to experience events which are not actually occurring.

Telepathic Camouflage: She can alter the apparent physical appearance of herself and other people by altering the perceptions of those around her. This can go so far as to make other people believe that the camouflaged people are not there (invisible). A limit, if one exists, is only imposed by the number of people she is trying to fool, not the number of people she is camouflaging.

Telepathic Manipulation: She can manipulate other people's minds easily, achieving a variety of effects.

Mind Control: She can control the thoughts and actions of others.

Mind Possession: She can possess the mind of another, and use that being's body as her own.

Personality Alteration: She can alter the minds of others by force of will, permanently changing their personality partially or entirely.

Mental Paralysis: She can induce temporary mental or physical paralysis.

Mental Amnesia: She can erase any awareness of particular memories or cause total amnesia.

Mind Transferal: She can transfer both her mind and powers into other host bodies if her own physical body could be somehow killed.

Induce Pain: Can also induce mental pain merely by touching the brow of her victim.

Heal Trauma: The ability to erase a person’s memories and to heal mental trauma through “psychic surgery,” the power to stimulate or deaden the pain and pleasure centers in a persons brain.

Mental Sedating: Can telepathically "sedate" her victims so that, if already rendered unconscious, they remain so for as long as she continues to "sedate" them.

Neural Jumpstart: She can increase the speed of neural signals in the brain, she could increase another mutants powers to incredible levels, but the effect was only temporary.

Dilate Power: Ability to place “psychic inhibitors” in the minds of mutant adversaries to prevent them from using their powers.

Mind Link: Ability to develop a mental link with any person which remains as a connection to that individual.

Psionic Blasts: She can project psionic force bolts which have no physical effects but which can affect a victim's mind so as to cause the victim pain or unconsciousness and turning someone brain-dead.

Astral Projection: She can project her astral form from her body onto astral planes or the physical planes. In the physical plane she can travel in astral form over vast distances. In the astral plane, she can mentally create psionic objects and manipulate the aspects of her environment. She can communicate with others astrally through her own will, or through contact with the thoughts and memories of others.

Mental Detection: She can sense the presence of another superhuman mutant within a small but as yet undefined radius of himself by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being.

Psionic Firebird: She can manifest her telepathy as a psionic firebird; whose claws could inflict both physical and mental damage.

Telekinesis': telekinetic abilities enable her to levitate herself or other objects, propel or manipulate them however she wishes, stimulate individual molecules to create heat, and generate concussive force or protective shields.

It was later revealed that Phoenix had a secondary mutation. This mutation makes her the physical embodiment of the Phoenix Force; she and the Phoenix itself has stated that they are in fact one and the same being. The Phoenix powers are infinite. She is able to manipulate matter and energy on a sub-atomic scale, although there is substantial variation in the amount of power she has access to at any point based on her current health, mental blocks (natural or constructed - by herself or others), and sometimes for other more esoteric reasons.

ALPHA LEVEL MUTANT - Storm

Atmokinesis: Several times in the past, Storm has been described as a "sculptress". This is (arguably) the best way to describe her mutant mastery over weather, and certain forms of energy. When Storm uses her psionic powers, she sees the world as colorful, constantly changing energy patterns, rather than solid matter. These energy patterns can be "molded" to Storm's will to create a vast number of effects which mainly deal with weather manipulation. Storm is greatly in tune with nature and the elements. She can feel them, and likewise they react to her emotional state. She can manipulate weather patterns on a variety of scales, including the ability to summon large and violent thunderstorms and blizzards, as well as sleet and hail.

Flight: She has the ability to fly by gliding on wind currents. She can also move objects or other people with the wind or create a dome of air pressure to deflect attacks. Storm's power over air pressure has also been used to crush powerful objects such as skrull warships. She has even created pressure (on earth) higher than that found on Jupiter. Storm's powers grant her the ability to fly as high as the atmosphere can be stretched by using her mastery over wind. She can even carry other people with her.

Energy Manipulation: When using her powers, Storm becomes one with the energy patterns she manipulates. This gives her the ability to project weather effects through her body. For instance, she can generate lightning, intense cold, and intense heat, from her hands rather than from her actual atmosphere. Her power over thunder has been used to create deafening sounds for distracting her enemies. She can create powerful tornadoes, hurricanes, and various winds that are capable of moving a vast number of objects/people including levitating an entire building, and sending the Hulk soaring away from her and her teammates. Her ability over water and it's forms has been shown by her creating heavy rainfall, and instant floods that have even "washed" away savage land dinosaurs. Control over moisture and temperature allows Storm to freeze/flash freeze objects and people in the blink of an eye.

ALPHA LEVEL MUTANT - GAMBIT

Bio-kinésie (Potential and Kinetic energy manipulation): With nothing but the power source within, he is able to grant a frightening amount of energy to any none-organic matter, forcing it to combust.

Those same abilities provide him with superhuman physical abilities (enhanced strength, speed, reflexes and reactions, agility, flexibility, dexterity, coordination, balance, and endurance), as his body constantly generates bio-kinetic energy and is constructed for constant motion (think of him as a teahcer's worst nightmare, a jittery ADHD product).

When 'charging' an object, it's usually important that he have direct skin contact. Had he not been rid of a couple brain cells, he would be able to charge absolutely anything with a look, uncontrollably.

Charme hypnotique et l'empathie (Hypnotic charm and empathy): As long as you don't know about it, Gambit's hypnosis can make you agree with every word he says (imagine speaking to authority). It's the extreme power of suggestion given to one of the worst people to have it.

His empathy, however, should level his decisions on how to use it. Gambit can tap into feeling another's emotions, sometimes leading him to end other people's sentences by guess. With it, he tends to make many mistakes in how he speaks to a person.

Could drive a saint to drink : His ego should be counted as something of inhuman proportions, a mutation perhaps driven from his other mutations.

ALPHA LEVEL MUTANT Professor Charles Xavier

Telepathy: able to read minds and project his own thoughts into the minds of others within a radius of 250 miles (on Earth). With extreme effort he can greatly extend that radius. When synced with Cerebro, he can connect to every mind on a planet. Whether or not this also relates to all sentient lifeforms or specifically with Humans and Mutants is not known.

Telepathic Illusion: ability to create realistic telepathic illusions and cause people to experience events which are not actually occurring.

Telepathic Cloak: can mask his presence from being detected by others. His abilities can at times go undetected or be counteracted by other more powerful telepaths depending on their level of skill in using their own psi abilities. He can extend these defenses to others around him as well.

Psi Link: ability to develop a mental link with any person which remains as a connection to that individual.

Telepathic Camouflage: ability to mask himself, and other peoples' presence from those around him. Can telepathically disguise himself, making his appearance to those around him quite different (changing the appearance of clothing, as well as more involved disguising).

Telekinesis: he has been noted to be able to control limited amounts of telekinesis, when the X-Men were invited to a party, he was asked if he needed assistance for his wheel chair to get up a flight of stairs, but instead he picked it up with his telekinesis and placed it at the top of the stairs. Compared to Phoenix, he is not very powerful with telekinesis.

Mind Blast: ability to place large amounts of information in another's mind.

Mind Control: ability to control the minds of others upon mere concentration. This power can allow him to completely shut down several peoples' minds, making it appear as if time has stopped.

Mind Possession: ability to possess the mind of another, and use that being's body as his own.
Mind Alteration: ability to alter the minds of others by force of will.

Mental Amnesia: ability to cause loss of particular memories and amnesia in another person or even in a group of people.

Psionic Shield: ability to erect a psychic shield for protection of himself and of other minds.

Psionic Blasts: can project psionic force bolts which have no physical effects but which can affect a victim's mind so as to cause the victim pain or unconsciousness and can even kill an adversary.

Astral Projection: ability to Astral Travel and communicate with others astrally through his own will, or through contact with the thoughts and memories of others. In the astral realm, he can use his powers to create "ectoplasmic" objects. He cannot engage in long range astral projection on the earthly plane.

Mental Detection: can sense the presence of another superhuman mutant within a small but as yet undefined radius of himself by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being.

Mind Transferal: able to transfer both his mind and powers into other host bodies if his own physical body could be somehow killed.

Absorb Information: ability to quickly process and store information, by mental transference.

ALPHA LEVEL MUTANT Rogue

Power Absorption: Can absorb the powers, energies, memories, knowledge, talents, personality and physical abilities (whether superhuman or not) of another human being (or members of some sentient alien races) through physical contact of her skin with the skin of the other person. She is not limited to absorbing superhuman abilities: for example, she has absorbed the strength, agility, and sharp reflexes of an enhanced human. She can also absorb psionic abilities. In absorbing another persons memories Rogue also gains the emotional responses connected to them. For the transfer of abilities to be accomplished, Rogue’s skin must contact the skin of her victim. Rogue can only absorb abilities and memories from living organic beings. She can possess the powers of several superhuman persons at once. No upper limit has yet been determined for the number of superhuman beings whose power she can maintain simultaneously, or for the amount of power that she can absorb. Rogue can even absorb gross physical characteristics from a victim. Her physical appearance does not change when she absorbs abilities and and and memories from a normal looking human being. The victim's abilities and memories are absorbed for a time sixty times longer than the period of time Rogue was in physical contact with that person. Those touched are rendered unconscious by contact with her, though some beings, including Juggernaut and Mojo have resisted this effect. While for most of her life, her use of this power was involuntary, Rogue has recently gained full control over it.

OMEGA LEVEL MUTANT - Psylocke

Telekinesis : Ability to psionically manipulate and control the physical aspects of reality. She can also move and levitate other people. While she can move objects from a distance and fly as other telekinetics do, she has shown little inclination to do either in combat situations. Shown to be capable of levitating more than 100 tons without a struggle, and can even force herself to a higher extent[citation needed]. She can also create telekinetic shields of various sizes and strength and she can fire mental force blasts that can “shatter mountains.” Her telekinesis is also much stronger now than it was before her death. Psylocke at first seemed to find that using her telekinesis in forceful ways was easier than in delicate ways (i.e. shattering a brick wall proving more easy than levitating a pencil across a room). However, over time she displayed further control over fine matter. (For example, turning invisible by vibrating her own molecules, keeping an atomic bomb contained, and creating a telekinetic bubble inside of a brain, & exploding said bubble)

Telekinetic Katana:
Psylocke can manifest a telekinetic katana blade composed of raw psi-energy, which at its lowest intensity, functions to disrupt neural pathways and sever the bonds between molecules, and at its highest level, her katanas can slice an armored opponent and cut through the armor, but leave the attacker physically unharmed. She can also use her swords to shatter telepathic power-inhibitors imposed on others. Psylocke's telekinetic manifestations produce visible radiance in the physical world. Thus, she can use her psychic katana as a makeshift light source in areas of darkness. Her telekinetic katana is strong enough to harm other beings more powerful than herself.
Psychic Knife: This was all of her telepathic powers focused into her hand. With the knife Psylocke could excite the pain receptors in her opponents and while not actually damaging tissue, the knife could cause her victims to become stunned, or even killed depending on the amount of power she used. When stabbed in the head of enemy (or a friend), the knife allowed Psylocke to read the thoughts of her opponent and in some cases become connected to them.

Tactile Telekinesis: Uses her telekinesis to enhance her speed, strength, Agility and other fighting skills into super-human levels.

Telepathy: She possesses mental powers to affect and manipulate the minds of other sentient beings. Psylocke can read minds and communicate mentally with others over long distances. When she telepathically communicates with another person over a distance, that person often perceives her presence as a butterfly-like image bearing large eyes on its wings.

Telepathic Tracking: Enhanced psionic senses enable her to detect and track other sentient beings by their unique psionic emanations (thought patterns contained in the psionic portion of the spectrum) especially if they pose a threat to her well-being in her immediate vicinity.

Psionic Shadow: She is able to mask her presence from others. Her abilities can go undetected and are very difficult to track, even by very powerful telepaths such as Shadow King. She can extend these defenses to others around her as well.

Psionic Knife: Described as "the focused totality of her psychic powers," by intensely channeling and focusing her psionic powers to her hands to create “psychic blades”, razor-sharp edges of pure mental energy which are said to be the ultimate physical manifestation of her powers which she plunges into the minds of her targets directly. She often uses them to disrupt the neurons of her foes by driving the glowing "blade" of mental energy into their skulls. It is able to kill.

Mind Control: Capable of controlling the minds of others.

Telepathic Illusions: She has the ability to create illusions to make herself seem to be invisible, look like someone else, or make others experience events that are not truly happening.

Telepathic Scanning: She can scan large areas of land with her mind. She can also scan the psyches of the inhabitants of a city to learn of their condition.

Mental Paralysis: Ability to induce temporary mental or physical paralysis

Amnesia: Can erase any awareness of particular memories or cause total amnesia.

Psionic Blasts: Can project psionic force bolts which have no physical effects, but which can affect a victim's mind so as to cause the victim pain, unconsciousness, or even death.

Astral Projection: Can project her astral form from her body onto astral planes or the physical planes. In the astral plane, she can mentally create psionic objects and manipulate the aspects of her environment. Under the effects of the Crimson Dawn her astral form was normally undetectable.

Shadow Teleportation (formerly): While empowered by the Crimson Dawn, Psylocke could use shadows as teleportation gates. Although this form of teleportation was not as controlled or precise as variations of teleportation used by others, it could cover huge distances; on one occasion she transported the X-Men from America to Africa in a few seconds.

Invisibility to all electronic detection devices (formerly): Psylocke was invisible and immune to all manner of electronic tracking and tracing in her original body. This ability did not carry over during the body switch between her and Kwannon, nor was it reapplied when she was remade by her brother, though through her brother's actions she is undetectable by certain cosmic entities and their machinations (such as the Crystal Palace's systems).

Precognition: Psylocke occasionally has precognitive dreams.

Psionic Immunity (formerly): Psylocke has been shown to have an immunity to certain psionic attacks such as; mind reading, mental attacks, and telepathy.

How it Works: Reno has the ability to charge objects by touch just like his father Gambit. He uses playing cards like his father because they are faster and easier to charge.
