Hayden tossed over a little. "No, daddy!" she whispered. No one would hear her unless they were close to her. "I won't!"
"I won't do this anymore!" Hayden whimpered. "Don't you see it's hurting me?" she cried softly. "I don't even eat anymore. I get sick. It's all your fault!" she whispered. For some reason, in her sleep, she could speak very well. She just spoke and did whatever she did in her dream.
Beven was torn, should I wake her up? she wondered. Ill give her a few minutes, she needs the sleep. But she hated seeing Hayden suffer like that
"Stop!" Hayden said normally. "Dont make me hurt myself! Don't make me hurt them!" she whispered. She tossed violently, her head smacking against the wall behind her.
Crap, I knew I should have woken her up earlier.. Beven thought and woke Hayden up, "Hayden? Hayden!" she cried despretly
Hayden's eyes snapped open, filled with tears. "Ow!" she groaned. "My head!" she closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around her knees.
Beven wished she had a sweatshirt she could use to whipe up the blood on the back of Hayden's head. But she was wearing a tank top and shorts. So she tore off a piece of fabric from the base of her tank top and tied it around Haydens head to stop the bleeding
Jade soghed. "You were sleeping. Your sick. And you hit your head as you where sleeping." Jade explained. "eat some food. I am going out for a few more supplies."
"See ya!" And jade teleported out.. She apoeared in a dark alley. Her hand on her dagger she walked forwards.
Hayden rubbed her head, which hurt more than before. She closed her eyes and hoped no one found out about how treacherous she was.
Jade bumbped into a guy. She started to say "Sorry!" when she saw the glint of the guys knife. Her eyes narrowed and she slammed her fist into the guys jaw. "Bad choice buko" she said.
Beven held Hayden close. "You hungery?" she asked and took out a granola bar that Isabel had brought them
Hayden rubbed her eyes. "What happened?" she asked. "I dont remember anything after landing here..."
Beven said, "You fell asleep, mumbled in it. Woke up. This happened about three times before you fell asleep and hit your head. You have been feeling awful the entire time, but I bet you have already figured that out..." she trailed off
Beven took out her own granola bar and tried to eat it slowly. She was to hungry and scarfed it down
Beven stared at the wall across from them. Their surroundings were pretty basic. Exactly what you would expect in an ally. Moist walls, dumpsters, dark, with buildings surrounding them
Beven remembered Hayden mumbling about her dad, "What is so bad about your dad that he gives you these nightmares?" she asked carefully
Hayden tensed. "My dad? He's a rich guy, a supreme court justice... A total jerk... Like the guy at the ATM machine." she didn't say that guy probably had been her dad.
Beven now noticed how weird Hayden was acting since they stole the money. She was probly uncomfortable with it, next time she made a not not to tell Hayden when she was stealing money. "But what did he do, being rich wont make you have nightmares..."
Hayden shook her head. "It just brought back memories. Bad ones." she didn't mention that those memories were very recent, too.
Hayden shivered very faintly and rubbed her throbbing head again. Her head really hurt, but she figured that was a normal side effect of banging it against a wall.
Beven took off the bandage she wrapped around Haydens head. There was a little blood, not too bad. "Looks alright, just a little blood." reported Beven
Hayden nodded. "Hurts like crazy though. I'm guessing thats normal if you smack your head against a brick wall?"
Beven smiled, "I would think so." she cleaned the cloth off and wrapped it carefully around Haydens head again.
"Part of my tank top. Its to make sure it stops bleeding and so it wont get infected." Beven explained and tied it off carefully, so Haydens hair wasnt in the way
Hayden nodded faintly, not wanting to move her head too much. "Okay. How long was I out?" she asked, wringing her hands.
