Corey, as I'm not indie published, I guess I don't qualify to join. My publisher's policy is never to have freebies. My book, THE WOODEN CHAIR, once it's out next month may be discounted, but am not sure of that.Rayne

Not sure what's going on. You're the third person who says the submit button is missing. Will have to look at it tonight. Can't seem to replicate it. What browser are you using?
Rayne who is your house. Top 5 or mid sized no, but smaller houses I would consider indie. Not just freebies but any sales.
Odd I have tried latest Firefox on both Mac and PC. Does it look like anything might be blocking the button?
No, I just scrolled all the way down after filling out the info. and there was just no button, just the reviews for your book (congrats btw). It's OK, I think I don't qualify anyway...? I self-published through Lulu.
If your doing a sale through lulu or freebie. It's ok, but from a price and distribution point you should look at lightingsource or createspace for either your next work or as a second edition for your first. Cheaper and better options now a days than Lulu.
Hey, thanks for the advice. I'm planning on releasing a print second edition that is, of course, far better than the e-book. I was actually considering moving it from Lulu to Amazon's KDP program, but I'm not that picky about the e-book, and KDP seems a bit too complicated in terms of distribution/price set-up. I just really needed the platform, and Lulu is still pretty viable as an option for an e-book; it offers good deals. I wasn't planning on using them for the print edition.
KDP is actually pretty easy to upload. You biggest debate would be if you are going to use select or not. It takes files in Word, HTML, ePub, plain text, rtf, adobe PDF

Corey, THE WOODEN CHAIR is published by Untreed Reads Publishing, a small e-book publisher. I love the support and marketing help I'm getting. They were very good in accommodating me with the book cover, although the contract is clear that the writer doesn't have approval right. Nonetheless, they listened to my comments and redid the cover twice. A few years ago, I self-published LIFE IS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE, now available at both B&N and amazon.com in trade paper back and as e-book, but I wouldn't renew the experience.
