I really like the people they cast. especially how they got a russian to play dimitri. Plus you can just see how dedicated they are to their characters with all the training they are doing.I'm not sure with Lucy as Lissa but only because I havent seen her in action, so Im keeping an open mind.
I really love who they cast as Rose and Dimitri.
Zoey's not the Rose that I imagined, maybe that's why I'm not so sure about her. I love who they cast as Dimitri.
I don't really kno Zoey but she seems shell be able to pull it off n i also liked who they picked as Dimitri. I remember Lucy from the alien surf girls show on Teennick, so she would be good at playing that character i thnk.
I liked that they picked a "real" Russian, and not some Americanized actor. I can Zoey doing a great job as Rose. She has the intensity that Rose does.
I just feel Rose should look more badass than what Zoey does, I should have that feeling like oh she could beat me up lol but when I see Zoey I'm like well I could take her he he.

Yeah, Zoey isn't exactly how I imagined Rose. I was really hoping they would cast Sophia Bush :(

For Christian I would want Nicholas Hoult :) But I really wanted Jennifer Lawrence as Rose

And I might see her as Katniss in Vampire Academy movie. Nicholas Hoult is good too. I like him and he's good with the Christian type of role, since he did awesome in Skins.
Im actually really glad they picked quite new actors that no one really has an idea of yet. Like people want all these well known actors to ply the main three, but I'm just like 'Nooo! You're gonna ruin my image of them!'

Really? hmm..idk. I just pictured Dimitri way more built, and tall with his hair in a ponytail & the guy they picked is just not it. As for Rose, I feel like she's more beautiful & kinda bad ass looking in the book. But I hope they do good & make me fall in love with the people they picked anyways because I loved the books.
Zoey is not what I imagined Rose to look like in my head, she almost has to nice of a look. I am still willing to give her a chance!! Also not to sure on who they picked as Dimitiri but I love who they chose for Lissa.

I think that Zoey is too cute to be Rose, I mean I had imagined Rose really beautiful, but in a more bad ass, fierce way. I think that casting Dimitri was the easiest part, as well as casting Lissa, just because there are so many actors and actresses that look almost like the way they were described in the book. However, I don't like who they picked to play these two characters. I think Lissa is ok, but the guy that's gonna play Dimitri is nothing like I had imagined him...

And I saw that there are 3 confirmed casts for the movie. What do you think about Zoey Deutch as Rose Hathaway? I've only seen her acting in Beautiful Creatures. What do you think about Lucy Fry as Lissa Dragomir? And Danila Kozlovsky as Dimitri? And who do you want to be Christian?
