Haha! I didn't even know there was a book called Bump. :)I was just bumping the thread to see if anyone new in the group might know of this book. I'm the original poster, and I still haven't ID'd the book I'm looking for.

Description: Living in Nova Scotia in the year 2014, sixteen-year-old Dylan Gibson discovers that he is a clone of his brother who died of a rare disease.
There is a series of books written by Mary E. Pearson titled The Jenna Fox Chronicles. The first book - The Adoration of Jenna Fox - is a great deal like your description with the exception that the protagonist is female. However, the next two books include a cloned male.

His computer talks to him (I don't know if this is a setting or if the computer is written as a sentient character) He is secluded from the world because cloning is either really new or unheard of or really illegal, I don't remember which. His parents are scientists whose son died at a young age and they cloned their son to make the main character.
In the end I think he ends up revealing himself to the world. I wish I could remember more detail. If anyone has any ideas that would be lovely.
