Hi, that book already exists in the kindle edition, I've created the paperback. Please provide a link to a cover image which is not on a seller's website (the editor's cover image would do)

My book, Twelfth Night, is listed as hardcover and paperback, both out of print. Only the kindle version is available so how do I list that and remove the other two on Goodreads? Thanks for your help.
