Hi Jacqueline,
If there's still a space left I would be interested in reading and reviewing. I'm not sure what a smashbox coupon is. I'm an American expat living in Munich, Germany, so hopefully it's not limited to U.S.-based readers.
Thanks,
Gale

Actually you just grabbed the last spot. I was updating everything this morning and your comment reminded me to come here. So that's nice!

OK - that really is so far from the truth, but I needed a minor self-pity party for just missing it. . . *sigh*
I'll have to save my pennies :-)

For those who've read it, I'm also currently working on a prequel short story featuring Captain Lewis (everyone's favorite character), which I will be uploading in the near future on all e-retailers for free. Details to follow!

And congratulations on reaching #56, that's quite an achievement!

Louise, Thank you too! I'll be sending you an email shortly!

Thank you and you're welcome!
As for energy... lol! Ask any serious writer or artist (I've been writing fiction since I was 15, 43 now) and they'll tell you that it's not really an option to write. It's more of a compulsion. There are days when I'm physically done in, I have a headache and I just want to cry myself to sleep, but my brain is screaming at me to write!!!! I have so many stories in my head. You should see my works-in-progress files.
That's why a serious writer has to learn how to balance their entire life. I could easily write all day, every day, but then I would be a very unhealthy person.
Asimov said it best: "If my doctor told me I had only six minutes to live, I wouldn't brood. I'd type a little faster."

Thanks! J

Thank you, everyone!

Wow, mass congratulations on that! If you hadn't seen, my review is up on Goodreads and my blog (and thus Twitter too) and of course on Amazon as well.

But thank you very much! Positive reviews actually do help get books onto the top 100 lists. Overall book ranking is sales only, but the more realistic and honest reviews a books has, and if it's a good book then the more sales will generally follow.
I've really seen a good surge this summer!

Dr. Cass Baros is haunted by dreams of an alien world...
...and will do anything to find it.
Relentlessly, she works her science team—along with her co-project leader and fiancé, Dr. Julian Saunders—in order to create the first lab-contained wormhole. Unfortunately, their boss, Dr. Janson, has a secret agenda. He adds a military contingent, which expands their six person team to twelve and increases tensions between the members. Egos will clash, agendas will cross, and their worlds will be undone as they travel through the wormhole.
The team, unable to return home and facing numerous dangers—burning suns, cannibalistic monsters, conflicting schemes—is plunged into an adventure beyond their control. They struggle to unravel millennia old secrets in an alien world where nothing is what it seems. While Captain Lewis' leadership strengthens, Cass deals with her possible destiny, and Jeamon the brajj questions his lifelong beliefs and loyalties.
Cass and her team wrestle with her royal status to the brajj, while being tossed between love and betrayal, genius and madness, and a jealousy frightening enough to cause the death of worlds.
Aliens, zombies, romance, some time slipping and a wormhole all wrapped up in a mystery! (Serious sci-fi with a mature romance-this is not a fluffy bunny)
