Martin Hi guys,
I just started this book. But the main reason for choosing this book was the scavenger hunt element. Does anyone know more books with a scavenger hunt? Any genre is fine for starters :)

Stephen I liked that aspect of the story as well. Probably way too young for you is Key to the Treasure but then... others will say that Angels & Demons and The Da Vinci Code are childish as well and they both have aspects of a treasure hunt about them.

btw... your profile pic suggests that you might actually have been drawn to this book because of the THIRD member of the romance... New York City. If you found that aspect interesting you should check out the other two books by these authors. Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist and Naomi and Ely's No Kiss List. NYC plays a big role in both of these romances as well.

Kim I agree with Stephen and also think The Da Vinci Code is a kind of treasure hunt without passing notes.
Have you considered reading books in the legal thriller genre?
I read a brilliant book at the end of last year called Extraordinary Rendition by Paul Batista. Whilst it is not a treasure hunt/leaving clues type story exactly, it is a search for truth. There are two positives here; firstly it is about a lawyer who goes on a hunt for truth and reality about a money laundering/terrorism regime where US authorities have held a suspect they believe to be at the heart of the organisation in custody, without charge, for nine years. Nothing is what it seems in this story. Secondly, it is set in New York! It is in my top ten list of all time great books.
Good luck with your search and if you do find any other treasure hunt stories, please share the details as I enjoyed that aspect of the tale too.
